- Tuscan sausage1 kg
- Tomato3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Chives2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- First on a baking sheet, cut the sausages in half but not reaching the end.
- On a cutting board or in a food processor you chop the tomatoes and onions and add the parsley and olive oil. All this, after being chopped, put it in a bowl. I put a little vinaigrette seasoning too.
- Just stuff the sausages with the vinaigrette.
- Place in preheated oven.
- Oven time varies a lot, in mine it was almost an hour on medium to high temperature.
- I made a white rice to complement.
