- Olive oil to taste
- Sliced Onion1 unit(s)
- Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Bake the whole sausages in the oven. After roasting, cut into slices.
- In the skillet, put a thread of olive oil, after it warms up add the onion and leave it until it starts to lose color.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar, mix and leave until the onion caramelizes.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste and let the sauce reduce.
- Add the sausages, stir and let it cook for 5 minutes. Serve next.
