- Tuscan Sausage600 g
- Minced Garlic1 unit(s)
- Sour cream100 g
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
- Dehydrated garlic, parsley and onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Chimichurry to taste
- Arrange the sausages in a baking dish, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with the chimichurry. I roasted the sausages in the air fryer at 180°C for about 20 to 25 min, turning halfway through. But you can make it in the oven, it's just as delicious.
- While the sausage is roasting prepare the sauce. I like to put all the ingredients in a glass jar (like jelly) and then just shake it well until it emulsifies and that's it! In case you don't have a free pot out there, just pour it into a bowl and mix well with a fork until it's creamy.
- With the sausage already golden, I make shallow cuts diagonally and cover it with the sauce, it's very good, just do it!
