- Rosemary to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Sausage to taste
- Chives to taste
- Chopped Bacon (optional)3 tablespoon
- 1- Peel and cut the potatoes into 4 parts, lengthwise. 2- In a bowl, season the potatoes, rosemary, oregano, with olive oil, salt, parsley and chives and to taste. 3- Mix everything very well, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. 4- Place the sausages and potatoes in a roasting pan or Pyrex dish greased with olive oil, alternating them side by side. 5- Sprinkle the bacon over everything. 6- Then take it to bake in the preheated oven, 180ºC, for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
