- Panko flour200 g
- Wheat flour200 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Beer of your choice200 ml
- Oil200 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Season the pork loin steaks with salt, pepper, paprika, lemon and beer. Leave to marinate for 30 min.
- Beat the eggs and set aside. Dip the steaks in the following order: flour, eggs, then panko flour. Reserve.
- Heat the oil together with the spoon of butter and place the steaks to fry, one by one. Serve with a potato and mustard salad.
