- Mushroom400 g
- Onion3 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Cooking cream300 ml
- Salt to taste
- Butter30 ml
- Olive oil to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Make cuts in the fresh sausage. Heat a little oil and fry the sausage on both sides for 4 minutes over moderately low heat.
- We take it out of the pan. Add the butter and fry the onion and garlic, finely chopped, for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- We add salt, then add the mushrooms, sprinkle with black pepper and fry for 7 minutes over moderate heat. Then return the sausage to the pan.
- Add the cream. Cover with a lid and leave on the stove for 5 minutes over low heat, sprinkle with parsley.
