- Ripe pineapple1/2 unit(s)
- Cooked parboiled rice1 cup
- Cooked and shredded desalted beef1/4 cup
- cream1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Diced pineapple1/4 cup
- Finely chopped chili pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Chopped green onion to taste
- Bottle butter1 dessert spoon
- Grilled coalho cheese cubes to taste
- Carefully remove the pineapple pulp, use a part for the recipe and the rest to make a juice. Reserve.
- In a pan heat the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add pepper and meat and mix. Add a little water and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the rice and stir, add the cream, season with salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped pineapple, mix and adjust the salt.
- Finish with the cilantro and chives and transfer the rice into the pineapple.
- Distribute the rennet cheese cubes on top and serve next.
