- CoxĂŁo de Fora or Armadillo beef cut into large cubes500 g
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh rosemary to taste
- Chopped Green Spice to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Mashed potato3 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/3 cup
- Hot water1/3 cup
- Chopped tomato without skin and seed1/2 cup
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the tomatoes, rosemary and paprika and mix, then add the meat and water, season with salt and pepper. Stir and close the pan.
- After you get pressure, let it cook on low heat for about 40 minutes. Remove the pressure from the pan and check if it's already shredded.
- Shred all the meat and return to the pan, adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
- Place the shredded meat on a platter that can go in the oven and cover with the mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for about 15 minutes and brown the cheese well. Serve immediately.
