- Tomato350 g
- Water400 ml
- Black Beer1 can(s)
- Onion cream1 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, add the oil and let it heat up. Seal all the meat and reserve
- Make a paste of garlic with salt, coriander seed together with pepper and sauté
- Add tomato and water.
- Add the onion soup and mix well until it dissolves.
- Add stout.
- Return the meat to the pressure cooker and add the manioc as well. Take the opportunity to taste and adjust the salt before closing the pan.
- Close the pan and as soon as it gets pressure, count 35 minutes.
- Open and your pot meat is ready, you can leave it in cubes or shred! Finish with green seasoning to taste!
