- flank steak500 g
- Rice2 cup
- Broccoli1/2 cup
- Tomato extract1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Grated cheese100 g
- Cassava Flour200 g
- Dwarf or earth banana4 unit(s)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Season the meat with salt and black pepper in the pan, after sealing add the tomato paste complete with water and let it cook under pressure for 40min
- Cook the white rice and as soon as it is aldent add the cream, the grated cheese and the finely chopped broccoli
- Remove the meat from the pressure and check the point if it is shredding it is ready wait for the broth to reduce
- Seal the banana in butter and Serve the piamontese rice, shredded meat, cassava flour and sealed banana on the plate
