Conzinhe o frango apenas com água  e sal.
Depois de cozido, desfie todo frango.

Cook the chicken with just water and salt.
Once cooked, shred all the chicken.

 Em uma panela grande coloque óleo, tomate, cebola, alho, salsa e cebolinha refogue no óleo de 1 a 3 minutos.
     Em seguida coloque o colorau e mexa mais um pouco, depois adicione o molho de tomate  e está pronto nossa receita.
