Simple Aligot with Filet Mignon Strips

- Mozzarella150 g
- Filet mignon (in steak)3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut in half
- Take the potatoes to the pressure cooker with water and salt, when you get pressure, count 15 to 20 minutes.
- While the potato is cooking, in a frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add the sliced onion and the chopped garlic to sauté.
- After sautéing the garlic and onion, add the Bahian seasoning, mix and then place the filet mignon cut into strips of approximately 1 finger wide, the salt and let it sauté over medium heat.
- After the potato has been under pressure for 15 minutes, remove the pressure, drain the water and mash the potatoes.
- Add the butter and milk to the mashed potato and stir over medium heat until smooth, then add the cream and mozzarella, stir well.
- Assemble your plate with aligot on the bottom and the filet mignon on top
- Serve!
