- Sour Cream200 ml
- Champignon100 g
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Saute onion in oil until wilted.
- Add the minced garlic and the meat. Add salt to taste.
- Sauté the meat until the water in the meat almost dries up.
- Add the cream, mushrooms, ketchup and mustard. Stir and let it boil for a few minutes to refine the taste. Taste the flavor and rebalance the ketchup and mustard seasonings to suit your taste buds.
