Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Minced garlic3 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Ketchup2 tablespoon
Mustard2 tablespoon
Sour cream1 can(s)
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Seasonings (I used gaucho, mineiro, green smell, paprika) to taste

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden;
Add the chicken, sauté until golden and add the seasonings;
Mix the ketchup, mustard and milk cream to the chicken and let it cook for a few minutes (+/- 5min);
Serve with rice and potato sticks. Note: you can add palm heart or mushroom.
