- Black beans1 kg
- Sliced pepperoni2 unit(s)
- Chopped Bacon250 g
- Pork ribs (desalted)750 g
- Dried Meat (desalted)750 g
- Bay leaves6 unit(s)
- Squeezed Squeezed Garlic Cloves6 unit(s)
- Lard1 tablespoon
- Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
- Put the beans in a bowl, cover with water and let it soak overnight.
- Separate all the ingredients
- In a large, deep pan, place the drained beans, the pepperoni, the bacon, the ribs, the dried meat, the bay leaf and cover with boiling water
- Cook for about 3 hours or until everything is cooked through. If necessary, add more water
- In a frying pan, heat the lard and sauté the garlic until golden
- When the beans and meat are cooked, add the garlic, season with Bahian seasoning and let it boil until the broth thickens.
- Serve with white rice, kale, farofa and orange
- Enjoy!
