- Thin sausage2 unit(s)
- Paio sausage or smoked pepperoni2 unit(s)
- Pork (leg, shoulder or rib) of your choice250 g
- Salt to taste
- Chop the onion and garlic, cut the bacon into squares, the thin sausage and the pepperoni into slices and the pork into cubes
- In a pan, add a finger of olive oil and fry the garlic and onion until golden
- Then add the bacon, sausages and pork and let it fry
- In the pan where the beans were cooked, add the fried proteins and boil until thickened. salt to taste
