- Meat (soft coxão, duck or rump)500 g

- Wheat flour1 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs1 teaspoon
- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the meat into thin steaks Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Lightly beat the eggs, sprinkle with oregano and set aside.
- Pass the steaks through the wheat flour, then through the eggs and then through the breadcrumbs (at this point press well so that it sticks and results in a crispy crust), this operation must be done on both sides.
- In a large pan, add plenty of oil. You should only place the breaded steak when the oil is very hot, at that moment place it on medium-high heat and fry the steaks, browning evenly on both sides.
- On a plate with paper towels, arrange the fried steaks so that excess fat is dispensed. Serve next.
