- Make 6 holes in the picanha and put the garlic cloves inside. Cover the fat side with salt and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Pre heat the oven to 250 degrees on average for at least 20min. Roast the meat in aluminum for 30 min.
- Make the liquid seasoning. Mix the chopped herbs with the olive oil and the girl's finger pepper.
- Heat in the oven over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes in aluminum.
- Remove the aluminum, pass the liquid seasoning on top and put the chopped onion around. Bake powder another 30 minutes. Roasting time may vary depending on the type of oven and your favorite point for the meat. Mine was to the point with little blood.
