- Water to cook the meat500 ml
- Onion and minced garlic1 to taste
- Place the garlic and onion in the pressure cooker. With the oil and let it sauté for about 5 minutes. Put the meat and stir well, add the seasonings.
- The ground beef stock, black pepper, oregano and salt.
- Cover with water and put it under pressure to cook for about 20 minutes.
- So the 20 minutes pass, let the pressure off by itself. Then I opened the pan and put the potatoes and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Just wait for the potato to cook and it can serve as a great option for a quick lunch.
