- Meat can be chuck, shoulder, muscle1 kg
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Water150 ml
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the meat into large cubes and season with salt, pepper and minced garlic.
- Heat the pressure cooker with a little oil or olive oil. When hot, add the chopped onion and sauté until wilted.
- Place the already seasoned pieces of meat in the pan and cover. Let it cook for 10 minutes on medium to low heat after getting the pressure.
- After the indicated time, remove the pan from the heat, wait for the pressure to release and open. Add half a glass of water and return the pan to the heat. After it starts to sizzle count for another 15 minutes of cooking.
