- Ribs not too greasy3 kg
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Mash the garlic, along with the salt, pepper, onion and sazon, pass this seasoning on the rib. Wrap the seasoned rib in aluminum foil 3 times (3 sheets of aluminum foil).
- Leaving the rib in contact with the brighter side of the paper, remembering to pinch the edges well to be well sealed.
- Bake in a hot oven (180C) for 2 hours. After that time, remove the aluminum foil and leave it in the oven to brown.
