  • Dry Rub - King's Barbecue1 to taste
  • BBQ1 to taste
  • Mustard1 to taste
  • Apple Cider Vinegar1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  1. Remove the membrane from the part of the rib bones
  2. Spread mustard all over the meat, then spread the Dry Rub and grind the black pepper and let it rest for 15 min and put it in the Pit Smoking.
  3. During the first 2 hours the rib will be without aluminum foil and should be bathed in Apple vinegar to hydrate the meat.
  4. After 2 hours, remove the rib and place it on top of 4 layers of aluminum foil and barbecue and close the package, returning it to the Smoking Pit where it will stay for another 2 hours. Remembering to put the glossy part of the paper inside.
