- dark beer1 can(s)
- crushed garlic4 unit(s)
- Paprika to taste
- salt1 tablespoon
- onions5 unit(s)
- Make small holes in the meat. Mix all the ingredients except the onion and Season the soft coxão and leave to marinate for 8 hours
- Place the onions in the bottom of the pan and add the meat on top then the beer sauce.
- Let it cook under pressure for 50 minutes.
- Remove the pressure and stir the sauce the onions will have broken down leaving a thick and delicious broth
