- Put the water for the pasta to boil and meanwhile, put the ground beef in a bowl or bowl and add 3 cloves of garlic, half an onion and finely chopped parsley, also add the salt and spices to taste, and stir well, then it's done. just add the egg and flour until it releases from your hands and you can make balls, make the balls and set aside
