  • Strip pork ribs1 kg
  • Lemons4 unit(s)
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  1. Clean the rib strip by removing excess skin. Then skewer the strip or place on the grill
  2. Take two lemons and squeeze them over the strip on both sides.
  3. Add coarse salt without exaggeration and fresh rosemary to taste.
  4. Take to medium heat for about 40 minutes (each side) and during the preparation, squeeze lemon over it.
  5. Before serving, finish with lemon on both sides of the rib and leave for about 5 minutes over high heat (be careful not to burn)
  6. Serving suggestions: potato mayonnaise or baked potato
