- Strip pork ribs1 kg

- Coarse salt to taste
- Fresh rosemary to taste
- Clean the rib strip by removing excess skin. Then skewer the strip or place on the grill
- Take two lemons and squeeze them over the strip on both sides.
- Add coarse salt without exaggeration and fresh rosemary to taste.
- Take to medium heat for about 40 minutes (each side) and during the preparation, squeeze lemon over it.
- Before serving, finish with lemon on both sides of the rib and leave for about 5 minutes over high heat (be careful not to burn)
- Serving suggestions: potato mayonnaise or baked potato
