Spring Rice Lunchbox, Picadinho and Zucchini Sauteé

- Madeira Sauce2 dessert spoon
- Beef Muscle300 g
- Small Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Put 3 and a half cups of water to boil. Sauté the rice in olive oil with the chopped garlic and salt, stirring constantly until all the grains are whitish. Put 1 and a half cup of boiling water in the rice and let it dry.
- Sauté the diced onion in cubes with the desired seasonings. I used meat tenderizer, Bahian seasoning, sweet paprika and salt with cilantro. When well braised put the minced meat and stir braising. After sautéing, dissolve the Madeira sauce in a little water, put a little more water in the pan and put it under pressure. For +/- 15min.
- Cut the zucchini into half moons. Sauté the onion with a little salt in a frying pan with olive oil and when it is golden, sauté the zucchini until it forms a crust, without letting it become too soft.
- Place the chopped carrot in tiny cubes in the rice and add the rest of the water. When it finishes drying it will be cooked and you will add the frozen peas and corn.
- Hit the salt of everything and serve. Yields 2 lunchboxes of approx. 415g.
