- Start by seasoning the meat with salt and other seasonings of your choice.
- Chop the onion, carrot, pepper and pepperoni sausage into thin strips
- Lay the meat on a surface and start at the end by placing slices of onion, carrot, pepper and pepperoni.
- If you want to add a little seasoning at this time too, over the stuffing.
- Start rolling at the end where the fillings are, and make the cigar like a rocambole.
- To close the coil well, use a toothpick or thread. If you use a toothpick, don't forget to check how many you put out before serving at the table.
- With all the rolls ready, take it to the pressure cooker and sauté well.
