steaks (carré)1 kg
Lemon2 unit(s)
Fine herbs1 coffee spoon
Cumin1 coffee spoon
Black Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil2 teaspoon
Parsley to taste

In a refractory, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, fine herbs, cumin, black pepper and salt.
Add the steaks to the seasoning, and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes for the meat to absorb the seasoning.
Preheat the airfryer for 10min at 200°
Place the steaks in the airfryer and fry for 20 mins, turning the meat halfway through.
After golden, add the parsley if you wish
