- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Freshly grated Parmesan1/2 cup
- Mozzarella to taste
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Cream Cheese2 tablespoon
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- In a pan put a drizzle of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Then place the steaks and sear each side.
- Add salt and chimichurri. If you want you can use another seasoning of your choice, just avoid strong flavors like garlic, so you don't steal the flavor of the sauce.
- Fry the steak on one side, then turn and add the seasonings again.
- In another pan, start making the sauce. Put the butter and wait for it to melt, add the cream, cottage cheese, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir everything on low heat until it melts and becomes a very creamy sauce.
- With the meat ready, serve on a plate and add the sauce on top. Finish by sprinkling grated cheese.
- Accompanying tip: Sauteed potatoes or an arugula salad.
