- Duckling meat cut into steaks500 g
- Chimichurri Seasoning1 tablespoon
- Black pepper and salt to taste
- Rice Flour2 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Tomato pulp520 g
- Mozzarella250 g
- In a bowl, place the steaks, seasoning and 1 pinch of salt and mix well. Pass the steaks through the rice flour, the egg and, lastly, the breadcrumbs. Fry them in immersion, in hot oil, for 2 minutes, or until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- In a large refractory, place half of the tomato pulp, distribute the steaks, water with the remaining pulp and cover with plenty of mozzarella.
- Take to medium oven (180 degrees), preheated, for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the mozzarella melts. Sprinkle chives on top (optional) Remove from the oven and serve immediately. It looks wonderful 😍
