- Tomato sauce250 g
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Panko flour1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour300 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mozzarella cheese500 g
- Cut the onion and tomato into brunoise (small cubes).
- Sauté the onion and then add the tomato.
- Add half a tomato sauce.
- Cut and season the steak.
- Dip the steak in the wheat flour.
- Dip the steak in the egg.
- Coat the steak in the panko flour.
- Fry and leave on a paper towel.
- Put the steak in a shape, put sauce and cheese.
