- 2 rump steaks120 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Very ripe tomatoes, skinned and seeded4 unit(s)
- Chopped green pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Season the steaks with garlic, salt and pepper and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, chop garlic and onion and fry them in a drizzle of olive oil.
- After they are golden, add the chopped peppers and the 4 tomatoes (cut into small pieces)
- Then make sure the tomatoes are sautéed. Add a little water and let it reduce
- Taste, if you have acidity add a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt
- For breading, break an egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat it as if you were going to make an omelet.
- In this container, add the seasoned steaks and turn front and back. Then roll in breadcrumbs
- After breading the steaks, fry them in very hot oil (without dipping them)
- Then add these steaks in a form. Add the tomato sauce, slices of mozzarella, grated parmesan cheese and green seasoning (parsley)
- Put the pan in the oven and leave for about 25 minutes until the cheese is au gratin (time may vary depending on the power of each oven)
