- Mayonnaise to taste
- White rice500 g

- Black beans200 g
- Flour300 g
- Green smell to taste
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Water2 l
- Season the steaks with 1/2 spoon of salt, garlic to taste and black pepper to taste and set aside to fry after making the side dishes
- The beans were already cooked, I just sautéed them in garlic and salt to my liking, I use little salt and about 2 minced garlic cloves
- For the rice, sauté with 1 spoonful of oil, the amount of garlic you want, here I use 1 clove, add 1 spoonful of salt and 1 liter of water. Wait for it to dry, cover and turn off the pan, it will finish steaming.
- Also cook 3 chopped potatoes with 1 liter of water and 1 spoon of salt. As soon as it is aldente mix the mayonnaise and the chopped green smell
- Fry the steak in olive oil, as soon as it is golden I add the sliced onions and wait for it to caramelize.
- Lastly, remove the steaks from the skillet together with the onion and set aside, put a little more olive oil and more chopped onion, add the flour and let it take on the taste, add salt to taste and 1 spoon of margarine.
- Make individual dishes or on platters to serve at the table. Good appetite
