- Crushed garlic to taste

- Tomato sauce to taste
- Cut the onion, carrot and pepper into strips
- Season the steak with salt, garlic and black pepper.
- Open the steak on a bench and place the onion, carrot and pepper and roll up, insert toothpicks so it doesn't open
- Put oil in a frying pan and seal the rolled steaks, remove the rolls and set aside.
- Place the tomato sauce in the frying pan that the steaks were sealed and add garlic and a little water, to form a sauce.
- Put the steaks back in the pan and cover, wait for 10 minutes and it's ready. If the sauce dries up, drizzle with water.
