- Tenderloin steak4 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Pod4 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Homemade tomato sauce150 ml
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Cut the carrot and pepperoni into sticks and cut the pod in half. Place the carrot, green beans and pepperoni on one end of the steak and roll up. Close the ends with toothpicks.
- In a pressure cooker with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the steaks and set aside. In the same pan, add the butter, chopped onion and garlic and sauté. Add the diced tomato, the sauce, the bay leaves, the steaks that were reserved, salt and cover with hot water. Cover the pan and as soon as it gets pressure, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
- After you release the pressure from the pan, transfer the steaks to a refractory and remove all the toothpicks. If the sauce is too thin, you can let it simmer for a few more minutes. Cover the steaks with the sauce and finish with green smell
