Steak1 kg
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Garlic2 unit(s)
BBQ Sauce5 coffee spoon
Ketchup2 coffee spoon
Tomato Extract3 coffee spoon
Seasonings1 to taste

I put the garlic and onion to fry until wilted, after it wilted, I put the steak and let it bake for 5 minutes or until it starts to release water.
I remove the steaks add ketchup, extract, barbecue and let it boil for 5 minutes, after that I put the steaks back and let it boil along with the sauce.
The smell is already from the gods, after boiling it off, it takes the oven for 40 minutes and this is the result. A super delicious steak and the best totally different from the traditional 💙
