- Veal fillet600 g
- Mozzarella100 g
- Salt, Black Pepper and Oregano1 to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Season the steak with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Mix well to get the seasoning.
- Now in a frying pan I put the oil and the steak.
- I let it cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Then I put mozzarella on top and I covered the pan for the cheese to melt.
