- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Milk4 tablespoon
- Mustard4 tablespoon
- Seedless Girl's Finger Pepper1 unit(s)
- Cup of cream cheese1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, season the steaks with salt and garlic. Let it taste for 30 minutes covered in the fridge.
- Heat a skillet lightly greased with butter and fry the steaks, turning them until they are cooked to the desired point.
- Remove the meat and transfer to a platter, keeping warm. Add the milk to the skillet, scraping the bottom well. Add mustard, pepper and curd, mixing well.
- Spread over the steaks and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve with sautéed potatoes or steamed vegetables and butter.
