- I started by cutting the meat into small cubes and setting it aside.
- Now in the pressure put the garlic and chopped onion and let it fry for a few minutes. Then put the meat and let it fry
- I added the salt, black pepper, oregano and the sazon. I put the beef broth and mixed well, I added the carrots and potatoes and mixed well.
- And covered with water. I took it to pressure and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
- Then I removed the pressure and put the chopped coriander, mixed and turned off the fire later and just serve
