- Green smell to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Cream cheese4 dessert spoon
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- grated mozzarella100 g
- Cut the sausage forming a boat with them and press the stuffing to make a hole in them and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the tomato, onion and seasonings.
- In the sausage boats, place the cream cheese, with a dessert spoon for each segment.
- On top of the curd, fill the boat with the tomato mixture.
- Add grated mozzarella on top of each sausage.
- Place in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes Or in the Airfryer for 25 minutes at 200°C.
- Tip: Serve with white or brown rice
