- Mozzarella200 g
- Chili Pepper30 g
- Parmesan cheese150 g
- Green olives30 g
- Sliced Bacon100 g
- Salt with garlic to taste
- BBQ Sauce to taste
- Cut the flank steak into butterfly steaks, season with salt and garlic and set aside (for 20 minutes); Open the steaks and have: 1 layer of ham, 1 layer of mozzarella, 1 layer thickly sliced Parmesan cheese, Sprinkle the pout pepper and the olives. Wrap the steak and close the roll with bacon slices; Do this with all steaks; Grease an aluminum pan with olive oil, place the rolls, spread olive oil over the bacon and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes. Remove the rolls, pour barbecue sauce over the rolls and serve while still hot.
