- Round Lizard1300 kg
- Calabrian sausage1 unit(s)
- Bacon300 g
- Squeezed Garlic4 unit(s)
- Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Bay leaves3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sliced small onion1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix the squeezed garlic, Bahian seasoning, smoked paprika and salt
- Then, with a knife, pierce the middle of the meat and the sides.
- Pass the seasoning and fit the pepperoni sausage, place the meat inside a bag, put the bay leaves and leave it marinating for at least 2 hours
- In a pan, heat the oil, fry the onion, add the meat, the bacon and turn until golden
- Cover with 2 liters of boiling water, cover the pan and let it cook until it reduces the water (forming a sauce)
- Remove the meat from the pan (let it cool) cut into slices and cover with sauce.
- Ready!!
