- From orange juice2 cup

- Onion cream1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (the one you grate yourself)100 g
- Ready-made tomato sauce1 cup
- Pepperoni Pepper to taste
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the garlic and onion in oil until the onion is transparent, place the meat and turn to seal all sides, add the pepper, the chumichurri, the orange juice and cover with warm water and cook for about 45 minutes. to 50 minutes.
- Open the pan and if the fork penetrates easily, it is ready, put the tomato sauce and the cream of milk and the onion cream, dissolving well and let it boil. Reserve the sauce.
- Remove the meat from the pan and cut into slices (if you prefer, do it the night before and leave it wrapped in aluminum foil to make cutting easier).
- Place the meat in a Pyrex dish (without separating the pieces, on each slice of meat place a slice of mozzarella, place the reserved sauce on top, sprinkle the grated Parmesan and bake until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with green smell and serve.
