- Whole pork loin1500 kg
- Potatoes500 g
- Lemon, garlic, salt and rosemary to taste
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Season the loin with all the seasonings, along with the potatoes cut in half, take it to the fridge covered for 12 hours to check the seasonings;
- The next day, make a hole in the middle of the loin that fits half raw carrots and half pepperoni;
- Place in a mold and cover with aluminum foil;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes;
- Then remove the foil and leave for another 30 minutes in the oven to brown.
