- Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, whisk together the ground beef, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir until smooth. Pour the mixture into a form with a sheet of aluminum foil. Press the meat evenly until it forms a rectangle. Top with ham, cheese and spinach. Using aluminum foil, lift one end and roll up like a swiss roll, pressing down well. Squeeze and close both ends. Reserve. In another pan covered with aluminum foil, place the bacon strips next to each other, with a distance of one centimeter. Place the rolled meatloaf on one end of the bacon strips. Using aluminum foil
