- Not too lean ground beef400 g
- Smoked pepperoni sausage1/2 unit(s)
- Curd cheese200 g
- grated onion100 g
- Minced garlic5 g
- Girl's Finger Pepper3 g
- Scented Pepper5 g
- Parsley or cilantro10 g
- Smoked paprika5 g
- Olive oil20 ml
- Homemade tomato sauce1 l
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Quickly sauté the garlic, onion, and chili peppers
- Grate the calabrese sausage
- Mix in the minced meat, the sauté, the grated sausage, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Mix well, as if you were kneading bread. Until a homogeneous and smooth mass is formed.
- Form balls and fill with curd cheese cubes
- Grease a shape with oil, accommodate the balls and drizzle with a little tomato paste. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- After the time, remove the aluminum foil and leave it for another 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and place on a platter with more tomato sauce at will.
- Garnish with parsley or chopped cilantro
