- Medium or large peppers Ground beef Chopped onion minced garlic cloves salt to taste Small piece of bacon (optional) Small carrot (optional) ham slices Cheese slices Spoons (soup) of cottage cheese Wash the peppers well. Make a hole in the stem of each pepper, like a lid. Remove all the seed inside by cleaning everything. Leave reserved. Season the meat and set aside.

- Wash the peppers well. Make a hole in the stem of each pepper, like a lid. Remove all the seed inside by cleaning everything. Leave reserved. Season the meat and set aside. FILLING:
- Saute chopped onion and garlic. Add the diced bacon. Let it brown. Add the ground beef and mix well. Mix the carrot cut into cubes. Add a glass of water and let it cook until the carrot is cooked and the water dries up. Cut the ham and cheese slices into small pieces. Add to the meat and turn off the heat. Add the cheese and mix well.
- Take the peppers, put the stuffing inside filling completely. Cut a piece of aluminum foil (proportional to the pepper) and cover each pepper. Place them in an aluminum or refractory form. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes. Preferably serve hot.
