- pounded garlic4 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Lemon Pepper1 teaspoon
- ChimiChurri1 coffee spoon
- Water250 ml
- lard2 tablespoon
- Wash the Filet Migon and make a hole in the middle, wash the Bacon and stuff it into the Filet, season with the garlic crushed with the Salt, the Lemon Pepper and the ChimiChurri, let it marinate for 30 minutes. In a pressure cooker, place the lard, place the filet, let it brown and drip water and turning it in the pan, until it's very golden, put the water and let it cook for 10 minutes after the pan gets pressure. Turn off and let the air out, open, do the cooking with a fork, see if it's soft and if you like the flavor. If so, let it cool completely before slicing so you don't tear the meat. It's ready!! Just delight.
