- Pork (optional)200 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Parsley salt and pepper1 to taste
- Grated cheese of your choice400 g
- Tomato sauce800 g
- Parmesan200 g

- Pass the breads on the grater and moisten with milk. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste, add the parsley as well. Mix all the ingredients until you get a moist meat and bread dough, let it rest for 20 minutes in the fridge.
- After resting, shape the dough into 100 gram discs, place a small portion of your own cheese in the center of the meat and mold into balls with the cheese in the center, then knead the balls so that the PORPETTONE is modeled in the shape of a large hamburger. Place on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake the PORPETTONES for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the oven, or until you notice that they are already baked. Another option is to fry the PORPETTONES in very hot oil. Breading with breadcrumbs is your preference.
- On a plate put the sauce of your choice, along with the PORPETTONE finish with sauce, parmesan and basil. Suggestion: Serve with fries.
